Return & Discount Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We don't accept any merchandise that has been washed, dried or worn.

To complete your return, we require a receipt and a tag.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shoparcollections@gmail.com and send your item to: 7235 Southwood Ave SW Byron Center Michigan US 49315.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not pay for you return. It is your responsibility to return your merchandise in good condition.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Your item will be shipped to you in 6 to 8 business days.

Discounts

Only one coupon or discount per transaction.

We do not accept expired coupons.

Giftcards do not expire.

We have loyalty cards available, contact us if interested.

If you host a pop up party, your discount must be used the night of the party.

No discounts, or coupons used towards your hostess incentives. Giftcards are acceptable.
